Q: Does the agent or home owner need to be present when the tour is being photographed?

It is not required that the agent be present at the photo shoot. If the agent cannot be present, they should notify the photographer in advance as to which rooms should be photographed. If no requests have been made, the shots will be taken at the discretion of the photographer. Virtual Tour Designs also has a Central PA lock box key.

Q: How long will my virtual tour be on the internet?

A: Virtual tour Designs will host your virtual tour for up to one year for no additional fees. The agent can request to have the virtual tour become inactive at any time.

Q: How do I make changes or add information to an existing virtual tour?

A: There are several ways to make changes to a tour or remove an existing virtual tour. Please use one of the following means to notify us of these changes:
- Email with requested changes.
- Call us 717-580-9238

Q: Is there a fee to cancel my virtual tour?

A: There is no charge for cancelling an appointment for the virtual tour shoot unless the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the shoot. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Q: To which websites can you link my Virtual Tour

A: Virtual Tour Designs can assist you in linking to most personal and company websites as well as to your local MLS. We can also email the tour links to your webmaster, additionally we add your tour to our exposure engine.

Q: What is the turn around time?

A: After the photographer / videographer takes the photos, we will post the virtual tour by the end of the next business day. An email confirmation will be sent to notify you when the tour is posted.

Q: How long will it take the videographer to complete the photo shoot?

A: It typically will take 45 minutes to shoot a residential property. The time will vary depending on the size of the home and which tour option you select. The home should be ready to shoot as soon as the videographer arrives.
